Child Profile

So I am 15, but I have permission to make it adult from my parents. I tried making it adult and I couldn't, even tried deleting myself from family and re-add myself as an adult. It showed me as an adult, but I still couldn't have adult privileges. What
can I do?

Sorry, but you will need to have an email address set up for your son's account. Perhaps consider doing what I have done. Both my 11 and 4 year olds have email accounts that I set up for the gamertags and I control. They have no access to them whatsoever.

This may or may not have been discussed somewhere, but I'm just trying to figure out if I can bring my son's profile from 360 over to the xbox one. He did not have a live acct so there isn't any email or login info
for him. If it isn't possible I've tried to create a profile as well on the xbone and I keep getting prompted to create or login with a microsoft acct profile. I do not want to create an email for a 8yr old. What are my options?

 

If the age of the account was correctly set to your actual age, then you will need to wait until you are 18 to be able to promote the account to adult.

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Unfortunately, The birthdate added to the Xbox profile cannot be changed or manipulated. Your account will have to graduate to an adult account naturally. I recommend adding your account back to your original
family. All teen/child accounts require an adult account to manage your privacy settings.
