Child Profile and Game progress move

Nothing can be transferred between accounts. You can try contacting Epic with regards to anything Fortnite related to see if they can do anything on their end though.

Thanks for coming to the forums with your question. Unfortunately, there is no way to move games, saves, or progress from one account to another. You can set your account as home and he can use the gold and games on his account. For all the other he will
need to start over unfortunately.

Just to get a better understanding, you set up your child's Gamertag under your Microsoft Account? If so, then I'm assuming that you don't have a Gamertag yourself?

That is correct, I do not have my own gamer tag. I simply setup that Microsoft account to play xbkx, now I want to limit screen time so I created a child account

Do you mean their own gamertag? Or do you mean they used your account to play games? Saved data and bought games are tied to the account they are used on.
