Child of light

i finished it the other day, it doesn't have a epic story line, but it was good with a good end. this was one of the few games i almost had a perfect run and got all but 1 achievement on the first play-through.

very pleased with my purchase.

 

The story was basic. It wasn't bad or good.

 

The story is a nice fantasy fairy tale,no more,no less.

And between visuals, characters,story,writing,....everything serves his purpose.

 

I need a Uplay friend, anyone mind if i add them on my Uplay account so i can send you an Oculi?

 

can you send stuff cross platform? I need to do this also?

Great little game this, something different, nice and relaxed and the battle system is great. I just hope it isnt too short.

 

Thanks guys to be honest I wasn't expecting explosions but so long as its at least good, then I am happy with that.

 

Wait, you can add friends through uPlay? I'll have to do that...

 

I am not sure how the sending of Oculi works, or adding people on Uplay... But i am willing to give it a shot for 30 chivo's.

 

I just went into the Oculi menu, and putting the curser on one of them popped up the option to share, after doing that it gave me a list of friends and I hit gift or send or whatever and that worked. No idea if any of them were on uplay or not, I know the
friend I sent it to didn't even have Child of Light.

 

My only question is how do i add a friend on uplay?? Will someone add me so i can send you an Oculi

It may interest some people within this thread that Yahtzee of Zero Punctuation has reviewed this game this week. I always find it funnier when it's a game I've played so I thought some people here may want to know.

I won't provide a link as it's NSFW but it's easy enough to find.

 

Speaking of trading Uplay, we could really do with a place on here to share our Uplay, bungie, rockstar accounts ect... it is game related after all. Makes it easier to connect in some instances too.

The thing that happen to me, when i send an oculi ,is that most (maybe all) the Gamertags from my friend list shows up,(i don't know if all used Uplay) but only one got Child of light at that time.....So maybe try one randomly....
