Child Lock

    Child Lock


    Not sure if there is a feature request section somewhere however I couldn't find one.

    Has Microsoft given any thought to locking the buttons to make it harder to turn the console on as my daughter very quickly learnt and enjoyed that pressing the power buttons makes a noise and a glow. Turning on was slightly annoying but she does it when
    the console is on mid movie/game etc.

    I know putting up a guard, keeping an eagle eye on her is an option and it is what I am doing but a technological fix shouldn't be that hard here. A need to hold the button down for 3 seconds or press eject and power? Also an option to do something similar
    for powering off?

    Anyone else have this issue?

    Not old enough to play skate 3?

    Sounds like the account has child locks on it. You'll need to consult the owner.

    It should be noted the plan was designed for two adults and two children with the child locks on for the child accounts. It wasn't really designed with grown up children in mind.

    Have you looked at your settings to confirm there is no child lock on it by accident?
