    Child doesn't have permission to online


    just recently got my self an Xbox one put my profile onto it and delete from sons Xbox one. Found out that I'm needed on his console to have access to online now it says he doesn't have permission. Gone on his profile and put to adult . Still says same.

    Help with account

    That happens when you have registered a child account. Your parent account should give permission to a child account to play online

    The current profile is not allowed..

    Could be it is a child account without permission to play online

    If you have registered a child account, under 18+ of age, your parent account should give permission for online playing.

    You need to have your account on the console as well, sign into your account on the console and go to settings account and then add them to your family from there. Once you do that, you click on family in settings and you will now see their gamer tag.
    From there you will be able to adjust permissions

    Try performing a hard reset by pressing the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts off completely. Then unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
