    Banned when not home

    my child banned from account when away at 4H activity. Time of banning occurred while away. How and why did this happen during no play?

    Was my account hacked?

    I agree.If you Tamper with your HDD and do things that werent ment to be done.Then yes you should be Banned.Why is it so HARD for people to play by the rules?

    Child banning

    Your son would of been banned for doing something against the terms & conditions or code of conduct.

    An email would of been sent to the address linked to the gamertag explaining why or you can post here

    Your post will need to be approved so it won't appear straight away.

    Teach your child that if they follow the rules they wont get banned from things.If your "child"was banned for cheating, harassment, theft or fraud they will not lift your ban.

    This lesson works well in life also , do something wrong and there is a possible punishment for your actions.

    And them ask your child about why he was banned
