    How can I set my son's child account so that he cannot add new players. He has a set time to play on his account. When that time is up he just adds a new player and can play on that new player with no restrictions. I need help.

    Goto Settings >System> Signed out content restrictions and uncheck the option to make new accounts.

    It may be worthwhile to review all your settings regarding Family setup.

    Family online safety may assist you.

    It's not a child account. It isn't brand new and yes I added a payment method.

    You will need to create a profile and once you enter your child's DoB, you will then have to enter your email address and information. Creating a profile is easiest by doing it from the console. :)

    Since the One is not set up to work with offline accounts, every account has to have an email address attached to it. Even for a 5 year old.
