Child acounts and Xbox Preivew Program

I've been having some issues with getting an invite to the Xbox preview program and I've been told by Xbox support to seek help here. They told me that the reason I might not be getting is because I am using a child acount, they told me they don't have all
the information about it so I should ask here and see if anyone here knows if you can get an invite even while having a child acount.

Xbox Preivew is messing up

so, my friend invited me to the Preivew program, but I didn't get the invite message. I then chatted with one of the support agents,and they said I was In The Preivew program and said no consoles were registered. How do I get the app and register a console
without the message?

 

battlefield 3 says player is too young to play

does anyone know how to change your child acount to an adult acount!?!

I don't believe there's a age limit to it, but a user has reported not being able to download the app anyway (see

here) after being invited because of there age on Xbox. Although if you've had bans/suspensions it might not be accepted. So if you do end up getting invited, you might not be able to download the app for it anyway.

I have been suspended once but that is about two years ago nothing major either. But the person on the other end said that I should've been invited but the invite isn't passing through. Note that the people on Xbox support even invited me. It is not that
I cannot download it it is that I cannot even see it at all as if I haven't recevied it.

 

Yeah, i understand but i think that if you've been banned/suspended you will not be able to be invited or you will need to be approved.

Ok, for some reason Live Chat members dont have all the abilitys of the Voice members. Please call them and see if they can fix it from there! You should be able to get the number by googling it, make sure its the correct number for your country!

Apparently it is the age restriction and well I cannot get accepted to the preview program because of it.

 

Oh, thats not good, is it possible you could create a second account that is adult just for the Xbox One preview program?

 

Oh, you know she (support) said the same thing but it didn't really seems legitemet so I didn't really want to tell you either since it could possibly get her in trouble and whatnot but yea she recommended me to do that
