Child accounts showing in Microsoft Family but not Xbox Family

This is an issue that's already been discussed via
this forum post. I have the same issue and I also posted to try and get the solution applied to my account but there's been no response in 3 days, so
    I'm trying a new post.

The issue is that I have created two child accounts for my kids via PC / website and have added them to my Microsoft Family. However they do not show up in my Xbox family. I can't do anything via an Xbox console as we do not own one. I need to be able to
manage their security settings in order for them to access the Minecraft PE Realm that I have created.

Feel free to remove this post and update the one linked to above. Clearly there is a solution available as it has worked for various people who posted the same issue in the above post, but it appears to need manual intervention for anyone who does not own
    an Xbox.

    :)

  3. Can't add a child to my xbox family

I am the parent. My account exists on both microsoft and xbox. I have a child account, which exists on both microsoft and xbox. The child account is a member of my microsoft family. The child is NOT a member of my xbox family. I cannot figure out how
to add the child account to my xbox family. I don not have an xbox console.

Child accounts showing in Microsoft Family but not Xbox Family

A quick update - looks like my new post has worked as my request via this post has now been seen and I can now see my kids' accounts in my Xbox
family. If anyone else is having the same issue, I suggest posting there.

Im having a issue with "Bad Request"

Why you're being asked for parental consent

If the date of birth on your Microsoft account shows that you're under 18 years old, Xbox is required to request parental consent for you to use Xbox Live.

If you're an adult, but you got a message asking for parental consent, it's because you're a child in your Microsoft family. Even if you're over the age of 18, you can still be a child in Microsoft family.

    Solution

If you're under the age of 18, follow the steps on your console to have your parent sign in and add you to a Microsoft family.

If you're over the age of 18, have your parent remove you from the family. They'll have to sign in to
account.microsoft.com/family, select your profile, and select remove.

If you're unable to clear the message, contact Xbox Support.
