Child accounts don't appear in Xbox privacy settings

I have child accounts setup in Family Safety, and this is all working fine in Windows 10. The kids logged in to one of our Windows 10 machines and created their Xbox accounts/gamertags. It appears they are restricted from adding friends. I'm assuming
this is an Xbox security setting. So I used my parent account, went to Family Safety web site, and then the Xbox Privacy Settings. This takes me to an Xbox Privacy and Online Safety page where it looks like I should be able to establish security settings
for all the family members. I only see my account listed there however. How do I add the children to my Xbox family?

    :)

  5. Same problem. Is it because I don't actually own an Xbox One or Xbox 360 console?

I have the same issue. I chatted with support and they told me to create a new account for my daughter. I did, but that one doesn't show up there either. Both accounts show up just fine in Microsoft Family.

I believe I also have the same problem!

My son's microsoft account appears within My Family and I can set restrictions etc no problem. However although I can view and change my daughter's xbox profile, I cannot see his xbox profile at all. If I log on as him I can get to his xbox profile page.
I had hoped the problem was related to still being on Windows 8.1, but I've upgraded now to Windows 10 and still the same problem.

I tried to get onto a live chat with Support, but couldn't get past the first hurdle - the first & surname boxes were greyed out so I couldn't type in them, but as they were required fields, I couldn't begin the chat until I had since the entries were "invalid"
    ! Frustrating!

Is anyone out there watching out & working on this?

Same problem as well. I have two children who are in my Microsoft Family and I (as their father) can manage their screen time etc. But they are not in my Xbox family settings so I can't manage their accounts there. But they can't add each other or me as
a 'friend' in the Xbox settings, so we can't invite each other to play Minecraft Windows 10 version together!

I don't have an Xbox console. We only have three Windows 10 PCs available.

  14. Exact same problem here. My son has a couple school mates who want to be Xbox friends but he cannot accept their invites because of privacy settings I am unable to change. Why? Where are you, Microsoft?
