Child account unable to download gifted cars

Lately i received a 2017 Ford Raptor from Turn10. I tried to download the car but wasn't allowed to download due to "parental restrictions"

I have searched everywhere on xbox.com where i could change this but no luck.

Does anybody have an idea how i can fix this?

Gifted Cars....

As I mentioned above, you can't do that. If a car is part of a DLC pack and is not available for sale on the marketplace separate from the rest of the pack (some are, some aren't, depends on the car), then buying the entire pack is your only option.

Ok I got a car as a gift but it keeps telling me that I need to purchase the entire car pack to get the car. How else can I get tokens or credits to get the car I want/

If this is on the Xbox One console then please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that helps. If you are on PC then try restarting the PC or loading the game on an Xbox One to get the cars.

Child accounts are unable to download M rated and Un-rated content that is free.

Oh i forgot, so i am a parent and under my account since i don't have any restrictions then it does allow it but I'm unable to do it on my childs account. To be clear the gift is available on both accounts separately

Just to let you know, the remaining balance is stored permanently in the Microsoft account. This means that your child can use the money later for a different purchase.
