Child account not showing on Xbox privacy and online safety page

Hi, my Son's Xbox account does not show up as part of my family on the Xbox privacy and online safety page. I don't know why not, as my daughter's account does and as far as I know I set the accounts up the same.

All my children show up as part of my Microsoft family, just not Xbox family. Any suggestions?

• Proceed to Settings and Privacy and press Child.
  
  Note: You’ll be asked for the parental Microsoft account in order to make changes to the child account’s safety settings.

Sorry to hear it. If your son's account is not showing up on the privacy page then that means that a different account was set as the parent account when it was created. You'll need to check with the other adults in the house to see if it's listed there.
