    Child account not showing in "Xbox privacy and online safety".


    I added my child into my "Family" and he is listed there. When Im about to change his settings in "Xbox privacy and online safety", the only gamertag that is visible is my own. The
    goal is to play Minecraft Realms together, but that is impossible if I cannot change his settings.

    You are allowed change the online safety and privacy settings for any profile on your console.


    How to change your safety and privacy settings

    Steps to follow:

    • First, you have to go to the My Account page
    • You need to sing in to your Xbox LIVE account clicking Sing In at the upper-right corner of the page.
    • Go to Settings and Preferences and select Privacy and Online Settings.
    • Now change the settings.

    How to change your child’s safety and privacy settings

    Steps to follow:

    • First, you have to go to the My Account page
    • You need to sing in to your Xbox LIVE account clicking Sing In at the upper-right corner of the page.
    • Proceed to Settings and Privacy and press Child.

      Note: You’ll be asked for the parental Microsoft account in order to make changes to the child account’s safety settings.
    • Now change the settings.

    xbox.com doesn't consider my account as an adult because I got an update early.

    I'm on my only account attached, which it claims to be the child account and Xbox privacy and
    online safety settings     it just sends me to:

    Hello there!

    In order to fix your issue, you will need to first check your date of birth on your Microsoft account. If it shows that you are under 18, you will need to add yourself to a Microsoft family as a child with a parent account that can manage your restrictions.
