    Hi,

    I have tried to buy Minecraft Java edition for my daughter who is 15. When trying to purchase on her laptop, I get an error saying that they do not have permission and it points me to give her permission in a parents account etc...

    I have logged onto my MS family account but my daughter isn't there. In fact, Im not sure if she ever was. So I can't give her permission to buy the game.

    Can anyone advise what to do?

    Are you on a child account though? Some content will not be available to child accounts.
