Child account locked out and child recovery email is deleted

Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums! just to clarify, when you were trying to recover the account through the website, did you happen to see an option that states, "I don't have any of these"? If so, I would click on that option and then continue on
with filling out the ACSR form. For more info on

Try this:

• Log into Support.Xbox.com
  
• Scroll down, Click on Contact Us
  
• Step 1: Click on Ask a Question
  
• Step 2 : Select your Product
  
• Step 3 : Select your Issue
  
  • Select – Call me back

Hi all, i created ana child account for my son and linkws hia xbox to that account. Now he forgot the password of Microsoft account amd the email which he used to enroll is deleted. When i try to reset his pasaword ms sends the recovery code to
his deleted email account. How can i fix this

have you got a back up email set up i.e a second account or have you got a phone number set to the account.

you can get a code sent to a mobile number (if set up)

if not then i would follow the other advice in contacting the xbox support

Unlock your Microsoft account or Outlook email

• To help protect your account from fraud or abuse, Microsoft temporarily locks accounts when unusual activity is noticed. To unlock your account, sign in to your
  Microsoft account and follow the instructions to get a security code.
• If you can't get a security code, or if your security code doesn't work, go to When you can't sign in to your Microsoft account and follow the
  instructions under I can't get a verification code.

Need to go on the website Microsoft account help n u will need to get ur links back if you never done this then you get a one time to get your links..
