Child account ime not working

    Child account ime not working


    I created a child account for Win 10, works great. After 1.5 hours kids my kid off the tablet.

    I linked the account to Xbox One. My son plays Roblox. I got it working. The Roblox account is linked to the Xbox account. However after 1.5 hours there are a few pop-ups saying almost out of time...

    At the 1.5 hour mark it switches the Xbox profile and continues to play Roblox under my account.

    I need to figure what is going wrong. The whole reason i bought the Xbox was so i can set a time limit for my kids. Ad also have an ipad is really bad for his posture.

    Any suggestions?

    Heya!

    Unfortunately, there is no way to force an account age change, but the account will graduate on its own once it reaches the proper age.

    If you have not altered the age when checking your
    Personal info     on your Microsoft account this should give you a base line to determine when that graduation will occur.

    Keep in mind that changing the age in Personal info does not change the actual age of the Xbox Live account on the console.

    Hope this helps clear up the concern.

    Im using my Xbox One console. Im using the original avatars that are pre installed on the console when you get it. Its a child account but they can buy anything they want. I'll try again right now to see if it works again. It's loading.
