    Child account for xbox issues

I recently purchased an xbox for my daughter and I. After setting up an account for her, she gets a "There's an issue with your account. Fix it at account.live.com" error whenever she tries to sign in. There's no mention of the type of error, and no mention
of anything wrong when I visit her account. I've done all of the approvals and signatures. Any ideas?

    :)

Fortnite Cross Platform Play on Child Account

I've had the same issue with my child's Xbox account. The issue is The child account has restrictions on allowing cross-platform on the Xbox. I haven't heard of a time frame on when or if this will change.

I have the same issue. I have 2 child accounts; one works; one doesn't! It doesn't look like an age related issue. Its also not disabled for child accounts. Issue is with Epic, but they will not accept that and just fob everyone off back to xbox.

Child account does not appear in Xbox Family

The adult account is and the child account is XIII Whipwreck.

The child account does not appear under the Family while logged into the adult account, but I can see listed as the adult account for XIII Whipwreck while logged in as the child account.

There's some sort of bug where I cannot change the settings and it has restricted buying DLC on the child account. I have no issues on the Xbox 360 with buying off the marketplace, only

off the Xbox One do I have issues

    BF3 Backwards compatibility download issue

This sounds like an issue with a Child Account that is managed under a Parent account. I deal with this same issue with a sub Child account. If your account is a child account you will have to make this free purchase using a Xbox 360 console only. For
some reason this is the only way to make this work, I do this with 2 Child accounts for my Grand children I manage. And it does not matter what your age is, if the account is a child account under another account you still have to make this purchase with
    the 360 console.

    Child account for xbox issues

    Hi there

Is the account under family settings? It could be account settings is still seeking permissions which might need to be refreshed via re-downloading the gamertag.
