Child account does not appear in Xbox Family

Hi, I cannot change any settings on the Child Account(XIII Whipwreck) When I log in on the Xbox One the Child Account does not appear on my family and whenever I try to add the child account into the family it says that the account is in another family
even though when logged in the Child Account it says it's apart of my family. The big issue is the fact that my child cannot buy any sort of DLC while on the Xbox One, whereas there is no issue buying items on the Xbox 360. My main issue is not being able
to change privacy settings on the Child Account through the Aduly Account() even though this is the account we set up as the adult account for XIII Whipwreck.

I cannot manage my childs xbox privacy settings. My childs microsoft account is member of my Family (on the Microsoft Account page), but his gamingtag does not appear in manage privacy settings on account.xbox.com - please help

 

how to add child to xbox live without a console so that minecraft realms work?

We're trying to use Minecraft PE to connect to a realm. The child account was created from Minecraft PE on iOS, the account appears under the parent Microsoft account family, but does not appear under the Parent Xbox Live family.

The child was successfully invited to a realm created by the parent, but when the child tries to connect, gets the message "You cannot play on Realms because of how your Xbox Live account is set up. This can be changed in your privacy & online safety settings
on Xbox.com".

However, the child can't change those settings, the parent needs to, but the parent can only change them from the Xbox account view (where, in this case, the child does not show up).

We do not have an Xbox console. We just want to play MInecraft with family and friends on a realm.

Microsoft support says there's no way to add the child without an Xbox console. I wonder why Minecraft PE walked us through creating a child account in the first place?

My suggestion is to try any email your son or you could have used to make the parent account. If you are unable to find it out. If not your only hope would be phone support or chat support to see if they can find it out. If not you might have to create a

The adult account is and the child account is XIII Whipwreck.

The child account does not appear under the Family while logged into the adult account, but I can see listed as the adult account for XIII Whipwreck while logged in as the child account.

There's some sort of bug where I cannot change the settings and it has restricted buying DLC on the child account. I have no issues on the Xbox 360 with buying off the marketplace, only

off the Xbox One do I have issues
