If you're playing an online game and see someone doing something against the terms of use of Xbox Live then you should go to their bio and select Report or Block then follow the instructions to report the gamertag. You'll have an option to leave a brief
message if necessary. The PET do investigate all claims and will lay enforcements on an account if the complaint is found to be valid.

Unfortunately it doesn't matter what console you choose. It exists everywhere. I also know people will mistake good players as cheaters. It's not always what you think. Enforcement does investigate every report so if you find someone you think is cheating
you can report and move on.
