I sincerely hope this is a joke. I spent 40+ hours of my life just trying to get my cart yo work after this, never once was that given to me as a valid option. If you're serious I'm I'm getting the hate-mail writing bots ready to go because that's some 100% infuriating BS... and even more of a reason to not like xbox customer support whatsoever if they're actually allowing this & playing favorites somehow... wow.

Xbox customer support has turned from some of the best support from any company my entire life, to being 10x worse than the cable company to deal with and just deflects any real problem and "escalates it" for you.... after which literally nothing at all happens. No phonecall. No email. Nothing... your lucky to even have a record of the call on your account at all I've come to realize. Microsoft support is as pure trash as trash could possibly get and I'm 100% done with them as an entire company after I spend this gift card balance because it's non refundable. After this, not a penny will be spent from me to Xbox. Seriously.

Okay then. Try the following let's see

- If you're making the purchase from your console, Try to do it on a pc instead

- Try a different browser, preferably Microsoft Edge on a PC

- Refresh the page or clear your browser's cache to make sure the console is indeed still available

- Try a different payment method

Lol funny I just so coincidentally saw this right now while I'm on the phone waiting my life with support for idk... maybe the 6th time this week?... because unfortunately I loaded up my microsoft store giftcard balance instead of just purchasing the elite controller elsewhere since I was planning on grabbing it with my Xbox anyway... big mistake. Literally on the phone as I'm typing this for the 3rd time just this week trying to get them to proccess the order for just the stupid **** controller for me, much less a console. Anybody thinking that'll happen anytime in the next year is 100% out of their minds unless you just get beyond lucky and hit checkout at rhe perfect moment. All I know is that ever since adding it to my cart I literally can't purchase anything. Even after completely deleting it from my saved for later, wish list, everything. Same exact error BS when I click on check out with the controller in my cart.
