Checking out my Cart

So, this may be a stupid question. I went to place an order on the Series X while it still had stock. I had the item in my cart but for whatever reason when I went to checkout my cart it said "Unable to purchase order at this time, please try again." After
clicking on details it says "Try that again, something happened on our end. Waiting a bit might help."I went onto xbox support, tried all the different methods they suggested I try to make it work, but still nothing. Is the something I can do to fix this?
Or is it just because the Series X was out of stock, even though it said it wasn't.
