Checking Game Pass Goals Progress

I noticed there's a Game Pass sweepstakes, was curious if you knew how to check progress on the requirements. To enter for the grand prize it states to download and play five Game Pass titles for 30 mins each. I dunno if there's a way to check played time
for each title, or if the titles I've played go towards the sweepstakes.

GAME PASS GOALS

Hi ,

Will there be any way to check progress during game pass goals. I have contacted Microsoft live chat and got nothing that helps track progress. I then called Microsoft Xbox support and they don't have the ability to track progress. I would have expected
an email or any kind of message to say "well done you have completed X% towards game pass goal". Do I now just wait till the end of the month and then find out if it actually recorded that I completed the goals.

UPDATE

I'm still missing the Game Pass Goals Tile.

However, even though I don't have the tile, I now know that my progress is being recorded. I have just received a PM, with my reward for completing the November Game Pass Goals.

But without the tile on my Xbox One, I'm having to search the internet each month, to find out what this months Goals are.

There isn't a particular page to keep track of your progress, but so long as you play games that offered within the Game Pass you should be entered once you meet the requirements.

Regarding entry into the promotion, how will I know when the requirements are met? Will a notification be given or a message sent? I've been playing lots of Game Pass Games and just want to make sure I'm entered as I'm very interested in the contest and
the chance to win a $500 gift card (so I can order an Xbox One X).

After taking a look into this I'm afraid there isn't a way to check the progress on the requirements. A notification isn't provided, but so long as you make sure your meet the requirements you'll be automatically entered. Be sure that all your contact information
is correct so that if you're chosen you can be contacted

Didn't any of the involved staff creating this event think that these might be a needed feature?

You're saying we need to remember how many GP games we've played for longer than 30 minutes and just hope we've got it right?

I can't remember what I did yesterday.

How am I supposed to remember what I've played and how long I've played it for?

I'm just saying a notification or progress tracker for the event would be greatly appreciated.

 

You can check it through the "Game Pass Goals" tile on the Game Pass Game Library/Hub on the console.

Clicking on that tile will display an offer to receive a "Mystery Gift" or an "Ultimate Mystery Gift" depending on the level of participation from you.

 

I appreciate the response, however I never received any offers for any Mystery Gifts, though I more than met the requirements.

 

I discovered I could check my Time Played progress on the game specific sections where Achievements are presented, and after confirming I did meet the requirements I'm frustrated that I was neither notified or presented with any Mystery Gifts, Ultimate or
otherwise; let alone the sweepstakes for the $500 gift card.

The promotion is running again this month, which is great cause my Birthday is on Halloween, however I'm frustrated as I have absolutely no idea if, when I'm playing the specific Frightfully Fun games for the allotted time, I'm entered for anything. The
promotion is greatly appreciated, and a $500 gift card for my birthday would be amazing (come on Xbox One X!) but I'm putting my time and faith in a system that provides no feedback, and no rewards after participating in the first Game Pass Goals.

Can you please provide more concrete information and some details on where I can retrieve my rewards from the first Game Pass Goals?

Checking back with the Official Rules at Xbox Game Pass Goals Prize Draw it says there:





The promo period is from 1 September 2017 at 12:00 a.m. United States Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on 30 September 2017 at 11:59 p.m. PT (the "Promotion Period").






Limit: Special Offer is available while supplies last. Each participant may receive one (1) Special Offer. Multiple entrants are not permitted to
share the same Account. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than one (1) Offer by using multiple/different Accounts, email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that participant's
Special Offer and that participant may be disqualified. Special Offer gifts will be fulfilled
directly to Xbox Live accounts through the Message Center. Sponsor will determine which gift will be awarded in its sole discretion.
Gifts will be fulfilled approximately 4 weeks after conclusion of the Promotion.





I believe you will get the gifts via the Xbox messaging centre and it is sent approximately 4 weeks after the end of the promo. So, that'll be 4 weeks after Sep 30.
