Checking for game rights

I'm trying to play call of duty, but it always says it had trouble checking for the game rights or something like that, and it wont let me enter the game, like it loads the ghost facemask, then its just a black screen, it has told me to restart sign in and
out, I've don't that multiple times but it doesn't help, can anyone help me please??!

if i worked for microsoft i would be in games checking out games looking in to cheaters and hackes i would be right on to them and dealing with them hard

May I ask where the game was purchased, or something like that?????

Are you talking about Ghosts on the XBOX One and how the most recent update messed up the game? Same thing happened to me and quick easy solution was to power down the XB one and unplug everything for a minute or two.

After that ghosts should load up fine. If it does not work I would recommend going to Activision/ Official COD site for advice.

Is this a purchase, or just a rental? If so, is it downloaded, or streaming?
If this is a purchase, try signing into
http://video.xbox.com. Can you stream it from the website without issues?
On your Xbox One, press the Menu Button on your controller and go to Settings>System. Under Location, Time Zone, and System Time, what do you have it set as?
What region are you currently in?
