checking files and download loop

Hello,

when I try to start the game it says checking files, start downloading and at 10% ist says checking file again and repeats that forever.

How can I play this game?

with that shoudn't take that long to download,have you tried clearing cache,and checking HD for corrupt files,how full is your HD

Have you tried checking the wall to the far right in Ammunation? If so I'd check your system files and make sure the download hasn't been corrupted.

 

You might try doing a hard reset. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once
it is back up and operational test for results.

If that doesn't work try deleting and re-install the game.

 

I did both things, and i guess i did also delete my savegame. That handling is confusig, i could mark the savegame to copy it. It just said delete all, not delete only the installed game.

Now after reinstalling it just says checking files for 10 minutes now.

 

Try going to "settings/blu-ray player" delete persistant cache, then hard reset your XB1.
