Checking downloaded content issue - AOT2

hi guys ,

So up until a week ago I’ve been enjoying AOT2. For some reason now the game is not working and I am stuck on the *checking downloaded content screen* I have tried reinstalling the game, deleting downloaded content and even my save data. I have no idea what’s
happening or how to rectify this issue .

You'd have to sign into the account that bought the dlc and do a license transfer

basically i had to buy a new xbox because my other one had broke. the new xbox which i had bought was a elite 2008. the xbox which is broke is a pro 2008. then i had a account which i had bought all my downloadable content and then made a new account cause
i didnt like it anymore. so then the dlc had still worked for my other account cause it had the same console id. then my xbox pro had broke and i took the hard drive from it and put it onto the elite which is my new xbox but it cant play the DLC because i
dont use the account which i bought the dlc from. so what can i do to put the DLC onto that account and play DLC! thx for helping

have you tried clearing the cache by holding down the power button on your console for 10 seconds?

Is the console using an external hard drive by chance, and is it plugged into a power strip?

When was the last time you played? Some people have experienced the problem after downloading the Resurgence update. Most have resolved it by clearing their cache. Let us know how you get on.

There's a fix on another post that I haven't tried yet;

Not sure if it'll work but I'll give it a go.

Hey,

Clearing your cache does NOT effect saved game files. It will erase all game updates (NOT DLC) so you you will need to reupdate any patches for all your games the next time you play them after clearing your cache.
