Check Your Settings if Puzzles won't Download

Ok, since we've gotten no response from this forum, I went looking for a solution to the downloading puzzle problems. It's probably in your privacy settings.

I found this solution in another support forum.

1. Close Microsoft Jigsaw. 2. Go to settings. 3. Click on Privacy. 4. Click on Background Apps. 5. Turn on " Let apps run in the background, if it's off. 6. Scroll down to Microsoft Jigsaw and set it to "On"

Now open Microsoft Jigsaw again and try to down load your puzzles again. If it doesn't work, restart your PC. Mine started working right after the restart. Good Luck.

Puzzles won't download

My points were deducted but the puzzles won't download

 

puzzles won't download.

My puzzles won't download. The puzzle program stops and kills itself. The program worked until sometime early in August.

 

This process did not work for me. I have tried uninstalling the Application, resetting the application and changing my privacy settings. Nothing works. I am using the "Free" version, next I will upgrade to the premium version.

 

It should have worked, so sorry it didn't. Did you make sure all the settings were as I showed and then restart the PC ? I don't think the paid version will fix things either. I've seen reports of the same DL problems with the paid ver. Good luck. In
the meantime, make your own puzzles.

 

My settings are both on, and have been. Nothing changed.
