    I was buying the xbox game pass ultimate: paid €0,01 and I had to fill in my billing address.

    Once that was done and confirmed, I got a message: "Check your sender name. It contains a prohibited word".

    Unfortunately, the payment didn't get through and thus I cannot download any games that are available. (my account says so too and on the xbox app for windows it says that I don't have any subscriptions).

    So what do I have to do now?

    I see this error when there is no name on your Microsoft Account Profile. Please add name here: https://account.microsoft.com/profile/

    thanks for coming to the forums with your issue. When you usually gift items, there is a line for a name to be put as sender. Also you may want to make sure your
    Billing information is up to date on the website.     Try these and let us know how it goes.
