    To whom it may concern,

    I have been receiving the error message listed as the title, for the past month. I have checked my internet connection, checked my region, and viewed my settings on my firewall to see if I am blocking Xbox or Microsoft store from connecting. I have found
    no issues with any of these checkpoints. My Xbox Gold Membership is paid up and active, so, why can't I connect to the store at the point? Some help would be greatly appreciated, considering I've been trying to buy movies, games, etc. missing out on some revenue
    here Xbox, let's step it up.

    Hey there, buddah1115!

    I'm sorry to see any issues loading the Store! To help with this, I'd need your detailed network statistics and your device information. While it may not be your internet per se, it could still be how your internet works with the Xbox One, and I can help
    alleviate that.

    You can get your detailed network statistics by going to Settings > All settings > Network > Network settings > Detailed network statistics. Post back with either the results of that or an image of those results. For your network devices,
    I'd need both the manufacturer and model numbers from the router and the modem. If you have a two-in-one device, you would only need to provide the one set. Check your Internet connection  and try again. We couldn't connect to the store :)

    How are you trying to purchase the Xbox Live Gold subscription exactly? Are you doing this on the Xbox One console or on Xbox.com? If you Power Cycle your console are you able to make the purchase?
