    I am not able to send messages on my Xbox one account. The message that pops up says " messaging isn't working for your account. Go to
    Why Can’t I Send Messages from Xbox One or Xbox App? to get more information and see how you can fix it ". I have tried the option that is giving on this website but the same message keeps popping up and still will not
    let me send messages. Please help !

    Check the Origin account associated with your son. As Captain Speedy says, its restrictive.

    Fixed it. For some reason explict content was blocked in my online privacy settins its not now and i can access that box
