Check up store's South Park pre order promotion

Hi, support team,

like to understand, the Xbox.com's South
Park™: The Fractured but Whole™ Gold Edition Pre-Order had a stating on the pre order page that:

Pre-order now to get Towelie: Your Gaming Bud. For a limited time, get a digital copy of South Park™: The Stick of Truth™ on Xbox One free with purchase at the launch of South Park™: The Fractured But Whole™.South Park™: The Fractured but
Whole™ Gold Edition includes The Gameo The season pass.

I had ordered the Gold edition, now I don't see the Xbox One version (not back compatible version) of Stick of truth. So the page above's stating I will get the Xbox One version (native Xbox One version right?) not until the launch of the game (March 2017?)
or I will get it sometime now? by getting an Xbox Live message with code?

anyone please help me clarify this? thanks.

Hello I did not receive south park the stick of truth after I pre-ordered south park the fractured but whole. I was told to contact you from my promotion offer on the pre-order

 

Missing pre-order reward codes

Hi, I never recieved the pre-order reward codes for:

"South Park, Stick of Truth" from my pre-order of "South Park, Fractured But Whole"

and

My pre-order reward code for "Dishonored" from pre-ordering "Dishonored 2"

 

So this is a bit confusing but I think you will only be able to get the stick of truth game when Fractured But Whole is released. Below are some of the fineprint in regards to the promotion provided by Ubisoft on the game's site here:

However if you get the promotional game earlier then the release that would be awesome. South Park The Stick of Truth is already part of the backwards compatibility program so gaming on Xbox One should be fine. You can check out the

Thanks for this explanation but I thought I shuld get an Xbox One native version of Stick of Truth (not the Back Compatible one on Xbox One).

 

It will be the Xbox One version, not the backwards compatible 360 version.

 

My Copy of Stick of Truth (XB1) came through a few days after the pre-order, however this was before the date change of Fractured but Whole (now in March I believe)

 

The same is true for me.
