Hi Xbox team, I recently bought an Xbox One S which comes with Battlefield 1 game, by the way, I also own an black Xbox One console. I was trying to redeem the digital game on my first Xbox One as all my games and saves are stored there. while redeeming
i received this error "Check the instructions that came with your code. You might need to redeem it on a different web page." So I went online in my pc and logged in to my account and had same error. Please help

Can you please try following these steps by another fellow users.

Please go to account.xbox.com and make sure the "Country" in the bottom left corner matches the correct region for you.

After that use this URL: https://account.xbox.com/PaymentAndBilling/RedeemCode?doRedeem=0&token=#####-#####-#####-#####-##### where you replace the '#####-#####-#####-#####-#####' part with your code

Let us know if that works!

I've got the same problem with a brand new Xbox One X and the Shadow of the Tomb Raider code now. This does not work. Just gives the following message "Check the instructions that came with your code. You might need to redeem it on a different web page."
That is written in red. Underneath this it says "Xbox. Please refer this code on your console."

Please help..... It's driving me nuts!
