    Ordered a game on Amazon. They sent me an email with a code to redeem on microsoft.com/redeem. I go there and log in then enter the code and I got this error. I tried it on my Xbox console as well and got the sam error. I checked other posts on this and
    I made sure that English and USA was the country on the website and on my settings on my Xbox.

    On my Xbox I got this as well...
