So I tried to redeem a minecraft code that I bought a couple of months ago and it always tells me:

I tried redeeming it on other devices with no success and I tried to on microsoft.com/redeem but whenever I'd hit enter, the page would reload a bunch of times, and then it said: Something went wrong
and we can't sign you in right now. Please try again later.

The Microsoft account login server has detected too many repeated authentication attempts. Please wait a moment and try again.

I contacted Microsoft support and it asked me for the purchase receipt but I lost it since it has been a couple of months since I bought it.

I don't really know what to do and I'm just trying to play.
