Hi Xbox team

I recently bought my xbox one s fortnite eon bundle from the us store.

I currently am in india and trying to redeem the code which i bought 1 week ago.

It says check the instructions that came with the code you might need to redeem it somewhere else.

I even tried it on microsoft.com/redeem and my xbox app.It says the same.

I would be graceful if you help me as i love playing xbox and fortnite.

When it occured to me, I happened to change my xbox region. I changed from Brazil to USA and it worked just fine.

It is not recommeded to change your region, to circumvent region locks on codes.

Codes are unfortunately region locked and you would have to live in the region the code was purchased from.
