Check Support Request status

Hello, I raised a support request for my Xbox One controller, it's still in warranty which is good but i've heard nothing back.

When I enter my serial number on the controller replacement site, its recgonises my serial number and thats how i've asked for a replacement. I received an auto response email which has a link to Device service and repair, but there's nothing on that page
of any use. I can see my Xbox One device but not my controller. I clicked on Add Device and entered my Xbox One controller serial number but then it says unrecognised device, sad times.

I can't call the support to see what's happening, the virtual agent is next to useless as keeps taking me back to the same page.

What can I do to see the status of my replacement controller?

Hello when you say the status, has it already been mailed out? Have you already put a request in for repair? Was the controller showing as under warranty? Just a little confused because you said it recognized the serial then it didn't?!

Be careful not to miss that last part in the support page:

You’ll receive a confirmation email and should get a response from the support team within 72 hours.

To cancel your refund request: Reply to the confirmation email requesting cancellation.
If you don’t hear back from the support team within 72 hours: Reply to the confirmation email requesting an update on the status of your request.
To track the status of your refund request: Check your
Order history.

Hey there Demon!

To check the status of your repair, go to our Xbox Online Service Center to check your repair status at any time. Under Check Repair Status (lower-right corner), enter your service request number
and ZIP code, and then click Check Status. The service request number is included with the order confirmation email.

Alternatively, you can get more details if you click Sign In and enter your Microsoft account information (email and password).

If that doesn't work for you, I would suggest using the
Contact Us page to set up a support call and they should be able to look into your repair progress for you. ^_^

Keep in mind while your issue is very important to you keep in mind there are alot of requests going on with limited resources. Things will take more time but you can definitely check with your status with the support team.
