    i have a gold account til the 17 of this month and i am banned til 18. why? because some online players killed me several times. no ways to contact the service, it just dont work if u dont write abad message. i wrote to this people "****" and they protested,
    so i had a ban. all the time it happens in this way , it cause me stress because no one never punish this people and no one never read this messages. remove my account from the ban and im not goin to use messages again. i just want to play, but its impossible
    even without a ban because of some people. i am sick of all this troubles for a message, its been 8 months from my last gold and i think i dont really want it if i have to come here all the times. please check my account , its only for two weeks
    and i've paid every day of them.

    Got banned because my friend hacked me

    i got my communication on my Xbox one banned because my friend sent inappropriate messages to his account through my account. I really want this ban too be lifted because it's not fair at all.

    i've asked for case review but how they can review the case if they know only the chat? U actually can punish me bu u can't punish them? this thing, the case review, can't be fair. please do something if u can, its impossible for the costumer to stay alone
    in a situation like this. i only wanted to play and felt only a time, its not fair, these gangs of players are destroyin the community and the online services.

    If you've already submitted a case review, then you'll nee to wait for a response from that. If the enforcement team upheld their decision, all you can do is wait it out.

    The enforcement team has access to everything you do on Live. So when they investigate the complaint on your account, they can view everything that happened at the time. There's no way for you to know for sure that the other person hasn't received an enforcement
    action. Even if they didn't receive one at the same time as you, it doesn't mean they won't receive one soon.

    When I say "your box" I mean your points, achievement and account Xbox. I have 2 Xbox's one for me and family, and my account is always password locked. And one Xbox for friends and guest and little brothers.
