    all tests come back saying I'm connected to the Internet. But anytime I try to do anything it says check your Internet connection. This page not available off-line refresh now does nothing

    Did you check on the xbox settings, the quality of your internet connection?

    Why when i test my xbox live connection does it say its working, but it doesn't?

    How are you connecting to the internet? Are you using a wired connection, or a wireless (WiFi)? I had a console where a WiFi connection would give me occasional problems, so you would want to check that out.

    Hello Its Stonus,

    When you say "all tests", are you referring to "Test network connection", "Test multiplayer connection" and "Detailed network statistics" located at >Settings >All Settings >Network >Network settings ? If so, then may I suggest that you try deleting and

    re-add     your account/profile back to your Xbox. Yes, I know it may sound a little strange, however some connection issues can be resolved by doing this. If you continue to have problems, there is a good step-by-step troubleshooting guide at ”I
    get an error message when I run the ‘Test network connection’ on Xbox One    ” , and additional information at "Network settings on Xbox One" .

    lost connection to xbox live

    Have you tried testing your internet connection? Check the connection to xbox live using the account and also check your Internet connectivity to your gateway. Connections that are spotty may drop.
