[CHEATING] Numerous reports against a cheater and STILL enjoying Xbox LIVE!?

Hi -- I have filed numerous complaints against a cheater who goes by the name of
[Mod Removed], but nothing ever seems to happen and he keeps bragging about how he isn't banned yet through messages.

I was playing Modern Warfare 3 through backwards compatibility with two friends and we joined this lobby with the guy in it. (The 'guy' i'm referring to is the cheater)

Basically, there is some cheat in the game that allows you to be invisible to enemy players and you just cannot die. You can run around the map and kill as you want without any in-game consequences since you are not visible. While us, gamers are trying to
have fun with some friends and have a good time, some people spend theirs ruining other people's night.

Cheater aimbot YouTube chanel shows it

File a cheating complaint against this person and Xbox Live Policy Enforcement Team will surely handle it. Find his GT and file a complaint. I don't retaliate because it can get me in trouble and the cheater can report me for harassment. Let XBLPET deal
with it.

 

I need your help

The only game I play is Gears of war 4. There are no glitches that allow players to cheat. The only way to cheat is to hack. I have 21 "legitimate" reports made against me for cheating. These reports are clearly false and made by trolls who cant accept a
loss, however it also proves that people can falsely report you for cheating and the reputation system sees the reports as legitimate.

 

The enforcement team do not use the forums and calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums. Filing a complaint is the only way to have the enforcement team investigate him.

Do you guys still enforce no cheating on xbox 360. Im playing the Call of Duty Modern Warfare Trilogy on my Xbox One and I encounter cheaters alot. I always report them for cheating but do you guys even bother looking at those reports on backwards compatible
xbox games such as modern warfare

 

The enforcement team does indeed still enforce against cheating on the Xbox 360. If it takes place on the Xbox Live service. All reports are looked into to the best of the enforcement teams ability.
