Cheating 'God mode' and 'invisible' gamers

some sort of god mode, where he is invisible all game, but can shoot and use killstreaks.

I agree with all of your comments. Xbox Live Enforcement is NOT doing anything about these HACKERS. I, like you, have been reporting hackers and yet I see them a month later doing the same thing. I send them messages and then I get my communication suspended
for two weeks.

XBOX LIVE ENFORCEMENT either doesn't care or wants to move all players to the newer games.

I've just recently picked the xbox back up and purchased a 3 months membership. This is the only game I play and the amount of these players has trashed the game. One in almost every lobby. I have reported easily double figures in the past couple of weeks
to xbox and the ingame function and consistantly get put into lobbies with these loosers. I, like you, notice the same names over and over again. The enforcment team state they have a 'low bar' when it comes to cheaters yet nothing seems to get done with
them. The only reason I puchased a subsciption was to play this game again and the experience was poor. A refund or at least a partial should be owed as this does not live upto what they offer.

I was on last night again playing with names I had reported and wake up this morning to find that I am suspended. I only ever send frustrating messages to these loosers. So the assumption is that for the past 2 months and 28 days I have been reporting
these players, nothing has happened to them yet one has probably reported me for a message they disliked and I was suspended. So not only have I paid microsoft for it's service which clearly does not live upto what is promised, I have suffered and reacted
to one of these loosers and been suspended before them.

They will tell you that all reports are looked into I'm sure but I find it questionable when you come accross the same players time and time again after multiple reports. They may also use the excuse that it is the game developers responsibilty but it is
not. If I report a player to Microsoft for cheating then I expect them to take action.

What makes it more frustrating is when you use the avoid player function yet you still appear in the same lobby as them. Again, another function that does not work.

My subscription runs out in 2 days anyway so I'm not bothered about that. This now gives me more incentive not to bother renewing. It seems like these cheating scum are allowed to play in this way and kill the whole gaming experience for everyone else
yet they have the protection of Microsoft while I get suspended for mouthing off to one of them. I can really see the fairness in that.

I was kinda starting to think that so thanks i guess i can stop searching that aspect lol. Like i said its just the god mode and firing random bullets and getting kills i hate. Kinda enjoy killing the invisible guys providing they dont also have god cheat

[/quote]Yes, they can create a second account or buy another console if they get console banned, but there is a problem in that. It costs money. If their account is banned, everything they have ever purchased on that account
(DLC, Avatar gear, Map Packs, Gold subs, Zune videos, etc) will be taken from them. If they are console banned, that's HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS worth of console they have to buy. Would you be willing to give that up?



The problem with IP banning is how easy it is to circumnavigate by resetting the router.



Teaching them not to cheat? How dumb are these modders that they don't learn after losing their access to Xbox Live (and the DLC on the account), or getting console bans?



Really, it's up to the devs to block the cheater ability to cheat. If they fail in doing that, then they aren't doing their jobs properly. As a self-proclaimed "hardcore" gamer (I hate the word "hardcore" BTW) you should ask
yourself why you want to play a game that allows cheaters.
