Cheating (Been ongoing for YEARS)

I notice in the Forum Guidelines that rule 9 specifically targets anyone with a complaint about cheaters on Xbox consoles. However, as this will be my first complaint in the Forums it will not be a violation of the rule since the rule specifically mentions
a 'large' amount of posts about Microsoft. I also notice that when I report players (over a hundred at least), nothing is EVER done about it. I am still on the 360 console. I pay 9.99 per month to enjoy some fun FPS but over the last few years it has been
non-stop cheaters in lobbies. God Mode, Over Powered health that requires head-shots or knives to kill, Aim Bots, Radar Cheats, Force Host, Unlimited Mortars, Instant kills with Nova Gas, IP Booters, etc. I have reported all of these cheats by players in the
game report tool and I still see the same people doing the same thing after reporting many of them years ago. If Microsoft is going to charge us 9.99 per month to play on Xbox Live, think they should be doing more about the issue. Instead they give us rule
number 9 to avoid making their platform look bad. I'm terribly sorry that Microsoft seems to care more about the Dollar than their CUSTOMER'S experience. The File Share for example...they could've gotten rid of that a long time ago and slowly banned people
as they were caught cheating. Anyone that hadn't watched any of the infection videos or clips would be unable to after the removal. That would leave only the cheaters with RGH type hardware/software. I PROMISE I will not waste my money on an upgraded console
like Xbox One until I see Microsoft doing more about the cheaters and the system tampering on Xbox live. It seems that the 360 console has been largely ignored after the release of the Xbox One console. Well, if Microsoft is going to prioritize Xbox One they
should shut down the 360 servers. Why should anyone pay any amount of money for poor service and the companies blatant ignoring of complaints? I've actually made calls to the Xbox phone number which used to have operators but of course now any method to complain
to Microsoft about the cheating has been hidden has well as possible. They're actually selling Black Ops 1 for 49.99 for the downloadable version!!! Seriously?! Making a killing on a decade old game filled with cheaters. I've seen people that never used to
cheat begin cheating in order to compete. Is this really what Microsoft wants their customers to resort to? Microsoft you need to step it up big time because if you don't Sony will end up taking your customers until they're all gone.
