Cheaters

I have a list of 30 xbl gamertags, xbox video recordings of these players cheating, as well as replies and admission to the cheating in text and audio messages. Blizzard and Microsoft seem to be sitting on their hands while this goes on. I want these cheaters
taken care of or a FULL refund for the money I spent on Overwatch. It is BROKEN, I paid for a functional game, not a BROKEN game. I was not given a discount because the game was BROKEN, I paid FULL PRICE.

I have documented my phone call with an employee as well as 2 supervisors as well as the date, time, and trouble ticket regarding this. My next action will be contacting my bank if steps are not taking to deter these users from using exploits to ruin the
game that we payed for.

If you haven't already, you would need to file complaints on those gamers via the console. That is the only way to have the enforcement team investigate them. The enforcement team receive thousands of complaints a day, so it action is not taken immediately.
While the enforcement team can take action on those users, it's is ultimately up to the developers to patch their game to keep the cheating from happening.

If you want a refund, you would need to contact phone/chat support. Although refunds are not guaranteed.
