Cheaters

What's the deal with the cheaters? Isn't there some way to monitor these people or program the game with penalties?

One player early this morning with a 567 level endlessly killing players in the army jet along with another cheater.

Remember, we all spend good money for a Xbox Live Gold account and extras to purchase weapons, ammo, vehicles, etc... in the game.

If you can't filter out the cheaters then I want a partial refund.

if no one is hacking, or glitching, then they are just good at kicking butt simply because they are capable of doing what the game allows them to do. If you don't like it, play in a private lobby, or don't play at all.

There is a way that rockstar monitors their game, and you can also report players for actual cheating, hacking, or glitching, but being in lobbies where there are red dots on your map, you should already know they are killers, and will kill you too given
the chance. heck im one of those players every now and then. but I personally wont kill anyone unless 1 person kills me first. after that, EVERYBODY DIES!!!

and you are not the only one who pays for gold. everyone who plays this game online pays for gold, even most hacker. yes I agree that some things could be done better like getting a follow up after reporting someone since we do pay for this stuff, and should
be getting more than the ps3, but we don't. makes me wonder what we are paying for some times, but it is what it is.

 

Not all high leveled players are cheaters. Im a legit level 650.

 

You guys are going to think this is dumb theory of mine, but there is a microchip inside the 360 that makes a game hackable.

 

LoL Yea right. Reporting it does nothing. Microsoft/Rockstar has you by the balls if you like to play online. If you don't like scripts written to hack, crack, or whatever... you just have to go back to playing single player games vs AI or to PC games
where at least you don't have to pay anything more other than for a ISP to hook up. Even my movies apps I don't have to pay extra for a "Gold" membership to use it. Only benefit to a game console is that you don't have to upgrade your RAM, processor, and
or video card to push the latest and greatest graphics. Problem is (like most that just take in the in the tail pipe) players have the attitude that's just way it goes and these people get away with it. Just like many of these drug addict corrupt politicians

I think your mistaking what actual cheating in this game is. Just because they kill you doesnt mean that there are a hack. It certainly isnt rose peddles and sunshine in public rooms, that is for sure. Maybe you should consider a crew to help you out and
show you the ropes.

 

Wait how can someone with a high ranking level cheat, it just doesn't make any sense ?

 

my character is around 350 to 370 I don't remember, but I didn't hack anything. people don't just get high levels because they hack all the time, the game is just so much more different from other games, that when you beat another game, this is the game
you come back to. well at least I do.

 

PC might be better in some ways, hey, maybe even most ways if your geek enough (there is nothing wrong with being a geek or a nerd, look at bill gates) but most games get consoles.

-how does this constitute someone as a "cheater"? Was it the LVL or the fact that he can kill in a jet? Both can be legitimate. If someone played long enough or took advantage of the older RP glitches, they could easily attain rank 567. Rank 8000 is a different
story.

Now, about the jet killing. It's not as hard as you would think. You are able to kill players in a jet; it just takes a lot of practice. There are videos on YouTube that can teach you how to shoot, strafe, and advanced tricks that can steady your aim. It's
not impossible to kill with a jet if you practice a lot and know the tricks. This, therefore, does not constitute someone as a cheater just because they can shoot players on foot in a jet. That just means that they have practiced jet combat a lot and are good
at it.

So, if you are just basing the idea that the LVL 567 is a cheater just because of his rank and the fact he can shoot players down on foot or in a vehicle while in a jet, then your logic is seriously flawed and your notion of "what is/is not a cheater" is
also as well.

 

Well... they would not die when just sitting there and endlessly shooting and grenading them. Also at other times on the ground there were inside walls and floors shooting outward. Ended up most all the other players left the session where I was the only
one left with the two A holes. So of course I left also. Freakin BS.

 

LoL Yea I figured as such. No surprise the maturity level of people that play online games. Since most have someone else (parents) paying for it. So no big deal when others are abusing it. No worries. When my subscription expires I just wont renew.

 

I've been accused of cheating in the past... all because they couldn't kill me with the weapon they had. Thing is, I'm only level 68 and wear body armor and the people who say I'm cheating... are those who are under level 10 and can't kill someone in one
shot. OBVIOUSLY their level means nothing and that they're cheating to stay alive. BS... A level 68 will survive against a level 5 hands down. Most of those screaming cheating are just whiny crybabies who don't know HOW to play the game or understand that
when you level up, you get more health.
