Cheaters - why aren't they being banned?

I guess the enforcement team just won't take care of the cheating. But as for offensive language oh they'll be right on it. But when you're trying to play a honest game nope, not even a human response is given what so ever and if you're using a 360 it's
not worth their time and being the team is in the UK I'm starting to think they hate Americans. Because I would like to discuss their behavior. Also I would like to have their names and employee numbers because of this im tired of the abuse I've been getting
and we're paying 60 plus dollars a year for this? Really, do we deserve this abuse?

 

The Enforcement Team is based in the USA, so I don't believe that they would hate people from their own country.

As to your post about your girlfriend being kicked offline while watching a TV show. That again is not hacking but a DDoS attack. Here is a page describing what one is

You can be kicked offline while watching a TV show through your console just as easily as while playing a game. It's certainly illegal, and you should inform your ISP if it is happening, but it is not hacking.

It's still unacceptable and stupid. They still need to stop this it's getting old fast and the lag cheating is still happening and they are getting away with it. I can't play any game that's multi-player because of it, and when some person thinks oh this
person is just minding his own business not playing a game let's have fun? I know there's been some action taken, but I don't think there has been enough done to them. It took me a month to get my Internet fixed after I noticed some problems with a game i
was playing. , I asked a that games company to check something to see if it might have been on thier end and they did just to make sure if it wasn't my connection, I had to stop playing that game and yell at my cable company for a month straight to get it
fixed., but still we pay 60 plus dollars a year for a service that should work fine but it doesn't.

 

Microsoft can't stop people attacking your internet connection though, the only people who can do that are the people you pay for your internet connection. If your ISP isn't doing enough then you should be questioning why their protection is so poor.

 

Microsoft do their job? Never going to happen. Cheaters run rampant and literally nothing is done about them. Doesn't matter what anyone tries to say, it doesn't change the truth. Look at God for the biggest example. Stopped playing that after MW2. According
to a friend of mine, aside from the most recent release, you can't play a single match without at least 4 people openly cheating.
