As dave said, you only get suspended or banned for breaking the rules, and speaking your mind does not break the rules. I understand that you are upset that you can not get the gamertag that you want. What I was trying to say is that you might know that
major nelson owns the tag, but you are just assuming that he used his position to get it for himself. As I said, there could be several reasons that tag was taken. It could be it was reserved for the actual makers of the game, or it could have been removed
so it could not be used to appear as a bungi or 343 developer or employee. The reasons are unknown to us, and assuming that microsoft just gives employees the right to reserve tags they want is not something you know is certain.

I am a bit confused to how you received confirmation that major nelson owns that tag. When I look it up, it does not give me the information on who owns it. That would be private information unless the owner provides it in the bio or motto areas, which is
a bad idea for anybody. If an agent gave you that info, I believe they made a big mistake in doing so. Anyway, if the name is claimed, then thats the way it goes. Have you tried variations of that tag? Making it Hal0 for instance? I would expect that every
possible variation has already been claimed, but you never know. What really confuses me here is that I believe that major nelson is in fact a gamertag, which makes it confusing as to what other information may have been given out as I am certain that major
nelson is not their real name, or listed as the owner of that tag.

true but it would be cool to have the tag "halo" and yes he does own it i just hope they recycle more tags one day i guess that would be good if their like 10 years inactive

No he manipulated the system so he could claim the tag before anyone else and I have proof of it so Who do I even send this concern too?

you wont get into trouble for that you only get into trouble for breaking the rules as long as you don't break them you will be fine.

I don't dobut it as he probaly did do it because I knew a similar situation that happened with one of my friends, pretty pathetic if you ask me that they would stoop so low and i can see the tag is inactive so he got it just to sit on it, just because he
has the tag he wanted doesnt mean that us fans do, microsoft should be ashamed of themselves of how double standard their system is.

Thanks but I already tried and let me make sure you know what i mean back in 2011 an employee by the name of major nelson recycled a tag for himself that i was waiting years for, the gamertag became available but he had already attached it to his email so
i couldnt claim it, the gamertag is "Halo" and yes he does own the tag i know for a 100 percent fact honestly what kind of service is this from microsoft? I appreciate your help but I cannot believe a multi-billion dollar company puts employees over fans so
much, I waited for the tag for years just to be claimed by an employee who used his power to claim it before anyone else, trust me if you were in my shoes you would be mad too.
