Will Razer Kraken Pro Work On New Controllers?

Razer Kraken Pro 2015 headset is the PC version and they have a 3.5 mm jack so yes they should be compatible with the new xbox one 3.5 mm controller.

Half the time the issue is the 3.5 MM jack on the controller not properly reading the jack for your headset. Trust. If you purchased you xbox in June and it was brand new it should be in warranty and they can replace that controller for you.

Hi Slover II,

You should be able to get sound however the mic will not work. It's a different wiring standard.

It's a wiring issue rather than software, as such there isn't an update that can be applied to fix this.

Are you using a chat pad or is the 3.5 jack going directly in the controller?

If you have an Xbox One Wireless Controller with a 3.5-mm port, you can connect a headset with a standard 3.5-mm jack directly to the controller. (The 3.5-mm port is a small circular port on the bottom of the controller.) Find out how to adjust your
