    Chatpad won't fit XBox One controllers


    I just purchased Chatpad model 1676 from the Microsoft store. The chatpad will not fit either of my controllers. One controller came with my XBox when purchased. The other I ordered directly from Microsoft. I have watched several videos about installation
    and read numerous complaints about this problem. It is simply not acceptable to damage my existing hardware trying to force this product to work when it is clearly flawed. Unless you have a solution not previously mentioned, I will be requesting a return
    and refund.

    Is the chatpad only made to fit xbox 360 controllers? It won't fit in my XBOX One S controller!

    I've had a similar problem with the official Xbox headset with the special accessory connector end on the newer Xbox One S controller. Even after more than a year of usage, it's still quite awkward to plug in the accessory connector (and even remove it).

    The trick is to find the perfect angle... align the connector and the pins the best you can into the controller's port, and attempt to insert it firmly without forcing too hard.
