Chatpad on xbox one problem

Hi everyone.

This morning i turn on my One and launch Edge for Youtube session as usual but, i got the page with the button mapping of how use pad shortcut and my Chatpad whas switch to qwerty for no reason (azerty version of product).

How can i switch it to azerty ?

There is no option in setting for do it and, no update are avayable for the device.

The Xbox360 Chatpad will not fit on any Xbox One controllers. In order to use a chatpad on the Xbox One controllers you will have to buy the Xbox One version of it

I am having the same exact problem. I never owned the original Xbox One, simply bought a new Xbox One S, and then ordered an official Xbox One Chatpad. One of the plastic guides has a slight wiggle to it, but that should have no effect as to inserting
the chatpad into the controller. I have tried 'rocking' it back and forth (as suggested on an Xbox support video) to no avail. It seems like only a minority of consumers are having this problem, but none the less it is a problem. Before buying the chatpad
I researched online to make sure it would fit the One S controller, and I found a lot of people stating that it would not. (After more research I know this is not true.) However, I can see how this would turn people away from buying the Microsoft chatpad.

I will return mine, and hope its not the controller.

It's back to normal after changed language to US and change to my original language.

Is your console enrolled in the Insider Preview program?

Also, did you change the language or country of your console?

I'm not on insider program and my language setting are always the same.
