    Chatpad issues. In the U.K but GAME are selling U.S chatpads?


    Couple of buttons are mismatched when typing on my chatpad. Turns out that the chatpads supplied to GAME.co.uk are actually U.S English chatpads rather than British ones. Went back to the store I bought it from and the few they had in stock are all the same.

    So I'm stuck with a couple of buttons mapped wrong, or have to change the language to U.S english on my Xbox One. Not ideal really.

    Apologies for being pedantic, but I don't think Hexic HD is actually on the marketplace. Rather, it comes pre-installed on all Hard drives Chatpad issues. In the U.K but GAME are selling U.S chatpads? :)

    Just found this post. Mine is doing the same thing. So my question is, why did Microsoft sell me a chatpad intended for the U.S when I live in the U.K? What nonsense.

    My XBox has already been serviced and the chatpad issue occurs on other Xbox consoles as well.

    I will contact Service but I think the real issue is that Bestbuy is selling chatpads from the wrong region. This needs to be investigated and fixed.

    Try it without the chatpad, maybe D3ATH PRONE's suggestion about the jack could be the issue, but with the chatpad's port.
