Chatpad Headset Working

I bought the chatpad that comes with a 3/8” headset. Plugged it in and updated and was working fine. End of the day I unplugged it and put it away and the next day it is not picking up any input. I restarted everything, replugged everything, tried updating
again. I cannot speak to my party but I can hear them. However I can no longer hear the game in the headset either. So I cant speak and I cant hear game but I can hear party chat. Perhaps theres a setting I need to adjust?

Xbox one chatpad audio not working

Hi, need help. My son has Xbox one and uses a chatpad with an Xbox one headset. The chatpad audio (via a headset) has just stopped working. Can barely hear the audio and it just has a scrambling sound. If I unplug the chatpad and connect headset to controller
the audio works fine but if I reconnect the chatpad then headset the scrambling sound comes back. His console is update, I’ve updated the controller and chatpad but it’s still not working. Anyone know how this can be fixed? The chatpad is only a few months

Official xbox wireless headset now connects as player 2 instead of carrying sound?

Finally figured it out, i had a chatpad connected to my pad and i removed this and it begun working. While it has always worked beforr with a chatpad, my chatpad has become defective amd must of been interfering, so i have taken it off and my headset work.

headset troubleshooter and let's make sure the adapter is properly set up with the

Adapter guide.

If neither of those guides help work this out can you post back with your headset make and model, and your detailed network stats and NAT type?
