    Basically my account was accessed by my friends and theyve sent racist and otherwise offensive content to people as a sick joke. now they're constantly comms banning me ive been comms banned 6 times already and I'm sick of it how do I unhide chats or delete
    the digital footprint of the chats. Ive been through Microsoft chats 3 times to just get told 'have more control of your account' it didn't help. Any way to fix this

    If you are looking to speak with official Xbox Chat support you will need to go to support.xbox.com/contact-us. Once you get to step four it will let you choose chat support. Be sure to skip the virtual assistant.
